Not getting my ZP?

I haven't been around for awhile, and I started playing again after the patch rolled around. I just got a 9K ZP mobile offer, and for whatever reason, the ZP has yet to be gifted to me. I used SuperRewards.

Any reason why this happens?

super rewards reward always gets through. you might have used the zp or your account was compromised

Haven't bought anything yet. And I doubt my account was comrprised. I may not have played Crossfire, but I check my account to know that I did not get hacked.

I'm fairly sure there's that notice at the top saying "Due to the blah blah blah your ZP may be delayed from 10 minutes to 20 hours"

And seeing as this was done today, just give it a bit. I also know from experience that it does sometimes get delayed, but they will give it to you.
