Have not received mall items

I bought the 120k GP and 30 day namecard package from the Crossfire mall for 14,400ZP on June 23 (June 24 eastern time), but as of today, June 30, a full week later, I still have not received anything. If this information helps, I bought the GP package during the server maintenance. Also, I have already sent in a support ticket, but have gotten no response over the past five days. I only wished for this to be resolved because I am beginning to grow impatient.

Show them your usage of ZP

You should be able to go to your "clan" page and then to the "My Profile" section and at the bottom there is a place where you can select and view your ZP, GP "usage", etc. Take a screen shot of it where it should show your usage of ZP to purchase the GP package and maybe they can SEE the proof.

hmm thx for the help, but it doesn't even say that i purchased it...

eh i was gonna bought a 120k name card when i get promoted to sfc, but i'm getting worried i wont get mine like yours. I think i'm just gonna buy the glasses thing.
