Help to get a good computer?

I'm selling my computer to get a new one good for gaming. I don't want a price very expensive. Tell me the caracteristics for a good gaming computer.
I need a minium of 2 Gb of RAM and graphic card of 1 GB.

A: A price range would really help get you accurate results.
B: The amount of memory a graphics card has doesn't directly give you the performance of it. There's more to it than that.

agreeing with nonoka, without actually knowing how much ur willing to spend, we cant tell u much. its also good to know whether u just play CF on the comp or intend/do play games that require a much better comp

Alrighty, definitely a start. As stated earlier, what sorts of games will you be playing on your computer? Also, any other applications such as photoshop or something?

Yes, I use Gimp and Sony Vegas, After Effects, so I want to have a good memory. I play fps games and rpg. Does it help?

wow, thought u wanted it on the cheap.. i built both of mine for 780 U.S$ 2 years ago which would be around what? 650 euros?

good processer, at least above 2.4 Ghz
At least 4 GB ram
At least a 512MB graphics card

that should give you well over 100 FPS.

lol, tell you what, buy an alienware and you wont be needing a computer for a very long while.....

Maybe you wont buy it all equipped cause youll get poor i dont know...

But try adding things and check your balance, if not get rid of some stuff and so on... Just keep personalizing it youll find a match price.also try alienware m11x its little ******* power....
