CrossFire Failed To Connect To Server!

Please help me, ever since I downloaded Cross Fire I have been getting this the game works once in awhile but not often I am using windows 7 32-bit i have re-installed it a couple of times still nothing disabled my anti virus still nothing!!! it won't even go full screen and it is on full screen mode, I have downloaded this game before on this same computer and it worked perfectly fine, no problems at all, so why is this happening?!, i even got spy bot to check for viruses I had a few I removed them, I do this every day, but still it won't work, so please can some one help me out?

Oh, And sometimes the game doesn't even respond.
Also sometimes the game freezes and then my whole computer freezes.
