ping issue

respond if you know about the topic.

my ping spikes random sometimes

only pc in house
no router
no programs on which are updating or downloading anything

any clue why?

what is your computer running? xp, vista, or 7?

i'm not sure if that has to do with it.. but with windows 7, my ping was higher until i changed a few things.

i either spike
get stable east ping
get stable west ping
get stable euro ping
get stable br ping

just started happening recently

ping issue
