My FPS Dropped After the Patch

I use to get around 40-60 FPS on CF when i put my settings on low,but after the patch my FPS dropped to 20-25 and it lags a lot. It'll be a steady 20 then suddenly drops to 10 and gets me killed. It gets really frustrating and gamebooster doesn't help. If you can,please help me.

Did you change it to 16bit? 32 bit for me gets better fps than 16.

Did that before the patch and it's still low
