Customizing weapons

i would really like more customizability on the weapons like lets say a silencer on a colt or something or a scope on a regular m4a1. maybe you want an m4 adv but dont want the camouflage.im just saying i want to be able to customize weapons. like 500 ZP for maybe... the ability to have a 2 attachment limit on your guns for a week.
