Problem with Kick Voting

How can I kick people? If I select Kick Voting in the ESC menu it says select player and stuff but i can't select anything. Is that a bug or am I doing something wrong? Pls help me I love playing Mutation but there are so many glitchers and blockers. It's just annoying.

    EASY buddy there is no kick voting in Mutation cause players would take advantage of it JUST like in all the other modes HAHHAHAHHHAHAHHH! :D
