Low Ping = Bad?

What the hell is wrong with people? I keep seeing more and more people calling others noobs because they have a low ping (atleast under 100). Maybe I will take them seriously if they stop teleporting across the map and start taking a little damage from bullets.

For Camper/BR
High Ping=Bad because they see you late and their ping won't affect you as they are not moving.

For a rusher
High ping is good as you're harder to hit.

high ping is also good for sniping i have hit a 200 pinger 10 time with my awm with no dmg
