Unable to download Wogl Anti-Cheat?

So my team is preparing to get us signed up to join for the open league coming up. I know the Wogl-Anti-cheat system is mandatory.

However when I go to the download sections and try to download it the area is blank despite it saying it contains 2 files.

Is there something I need to do? A glitch? Or does it not become available until I'm registered with a team?

Hey Wogl Cody W (Draft Staff) here.
All you need to do is the following:
1) go to http://www.scrimspot.com/current/publish.htm
2)Install
3)After, log in with Wogl forum account.
4) The session form is supposed to be there let that stay
