Spawn in the air?

i just started playing this game like last week or so and atleast once or twice a day when i spawn in an S&D or the mode where you pick up the weapons, at the start of the match i will be in the air and fall to my death. it happens every time i spawn i have to leave the match. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
