Instant MM kill weapons

Recently in two MM games, I've met two people who hack using weapons that kill a mutant in one hit. *MEHT* is one of them, who killed like everybody using his SCAR Light and did the same with a pistol. Another one which I forgot also instantly killed Mutants in one hit. Can you ban *MEHT* and then raise awareness of this hack?
