Where is the GP?

I have posted under the SUPPORT about the fact that Brazil has won and I never received GP for the win.

They took 3 days to get back to me and closed the ticket and said "thanks we will look in to it."

Brazil has won their second game and still haven't received any GP.

I am wondering if this is even working.

If you report and they close the ticket shouldn't the problem be fixed?

STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE GP!

PS: Just so it is clear ties don't win anything. Yes or No?

i'm not so sure but we might get our gp/ and maybe zp winnings near the end of the WC cause i think they might give it all at the the end after a patch cause that way they can keep track? or maybe they forgot

I'd recieved some GP's, but not all...
Maybe they need some time to payout ? Now I should recieve about 6k GP and 3k ZP.

They owe me 3k gp for spain win (2:1), 1500zp for germany (4:1) and 1500zp for argentina (3:1)

Z8games must wake up they made a super bid event and they are messing up with our money I voted for those 5 teams you MUST give us want you owe us.
+ GMs didn't answer any of these posts talking about not geting rewarded.

a friend of me has the same problem, he votes for germany and has become the first GP and not more. But germany wins 3 times 2X GP and the first ZP, i think we get the price later, it looks like a z8-games fail.
I am confident in terms of that.
