Fraps gets detected as a hacking program?

So, I wanted to record some gameplay to see how smooth fraps records the game.
Before I could join a room, I out of a sudden got a popup saying "Hack tool has been detected(1)"
I tried Fraps on Crossfire before, but didnt get it that time.
Could anyone explain?
