Jump and TAB do not work

Same my frends had this what they did was:
1. open options
2. go to keybindings
3. click the jump and set it to wich you like
than ur done

but when u log out and come later online again its gone so u have to do it over and over

1. click start

2. click control panel

3. click regional and language options

4. click Languages tab

5. click details

6. click Add

7. in the "Input Language" find either "English (United Kingdom)" or "English (United States)"

8. in "keyboard layout/IME" set it to "US"

this should now set your keyboard to the English layout of UK/US and Tab and Space should work. you may have to do key settings to select between the default keyboard language and the UK/US keyboard language.

it should show you the languages your keyboard can use now and at the bottom it will say "preferences"

1. click "key Settings"

2. click "change key sequence"

and just set the key sequence you press to anything you want for it to change between the keyboard languages and your done.
