Not receiving any Gp/Zp from World Cup

I've placed my bets on Brazil (pay 2000 zp for the flag). They have won 2 games and tied one.
I have yet to receive 6000+ gp for those two games. And if the team ties, should we get at least half the gp (1500 instead of 3000gp)?
And when will you guys deposit 1500zp? Because we know that brazil will make it to the round of 16
