Games crashing in UK4

Randomly in a game you get the disconnection error, then the game lags and pushing TAB shows everyone as smilies with no names and then it goes onto the results page.
5 times in a row now.

I know I'm not alone here because of all the "wdf"'s in the lobby. Anyone else experience it?
