Weird thing that happened

Greetings was playing escape mode (command ops, my favourit) When i saw that the roof was black. I went out of spawn place and saw weird textures everywhere check it:
This is only a little part of the thing when I turned left everything was black and red and people weren't the colors the souldve been.

This never happened before and it stopped when I got killed nobody else had this bug in the game.
