Now, here's why I think so.

First, there is a Mutant at 0:38.
Then, the name of the map is Weapons Research Institute.
Thirdly, in our RF, it says...
Michael Norman has disappointed me greatly. He owns a weapons facility in a Canadian metropolitan area, and we’re going to pay him a visit."
That ties in with the name of the map.
That's the GR side. BL will probably come in to destroy everything in it since they're going there too.

How it ties in with the mutants there?

Lt. Reinhardt – Former commander of field operations for Global Risk.

Strong ties to Lt. Reinhardt. Pursued Lt. Reinhardt following his capture and disappearance. Held a brief position within Black List in order to find more information about Reinhardt's whereabouts. Expected to be traitorous but still viewed as a potentially valuable asset.

Perhaps that mutant at 0:38 is him?
