Growler takes less FPS and does not lagg. With the correct settings you can get nice quality.
FRAPS is demanding when it comes to fps...

Go register at www.synical.tk I have a full growler package on the website. you need to have winrar to DL it. It is under synical news.

Read the read me file and follow instructions on install.
