Dissconnected from the server

Hi. please help, i keep on getting disconnected and the "Disconnected from the server" message comes up. I tried restarting the game about 6 times and it happened everytime...
help!!

Uninstall everything that has to do with crossfire then go to the download page, to the right of the mirrors, there should be something that says BrotherSoft. Try to download that. I had to problem since the newest patch and I downloaded this and now it's working.
