Account Stealer
didnt know where to post this. recently some accounts have been stolen by this guy [-DANGER-]. He is persuading people into exchanging accounts, then uses some kind of hack tools to change the email, even if he doesnt know the secret answer. I do not know how he does it, but lately 2 accounts have been stolen this way. I have submitted 2 support tickets to Z8 with full proof of payment and details of one of the accounts since it belonged to a friend of mine. Still no reply yet. Is z8 sleeping? As i said i can submit any kind of proof they want so that the password be reset to a new one and sent to the former email of the stolen account. I sure wish these guys would move faster, since i dont know what damage has the thief done to the account. So again, if you get pms from [-DANGER-], never reveal ID and PASS. I dont know if they can punish these guy or something, but at least giving the accounts back to the original users would be a first step. Anyway, im also having a hunch that this [-DANGER-] account is also stolen. Z8 should really look into this, we really want to see if it cares about the PAYING PLAYERS!

I know its stupid to give away ID and Pass. I already told my friend hes a idiot for doing something like that. But with all the proof provided, Z8 can surely tell who was the original owner of the account. I have ZP purchase receipts, emails even in-game screenshots to prove. But still they have not replied what they need to see. And i suspect this guys has stolen even the DANGER account. Such a thief couldnt have reached the rank of Major, surely it was stolen. -

Doubtful. More so why would they even bother helping you? There are plenty of good things for them to be using resources on than helping some nubs that screwed themselves. I'd much rather see them working on something beneficial.
Maybe you sold your account for real life money and you're trying to weasel it back now? -

If your friend lost his account then your friend must contact support, not you. Tell him to make a new account so he can send a support ticket and proof. Don't forget that the GM's don't work weekends.
However, seeming as you are constantly told in-game to keep your account information to yourself and the fact Z8Games owns your accounts, they have to right not to give support to those that did not take the warnings given. If your friend receives a reply, then he's lucky he got a reply at all -

alright, but i thought making a new account and sending proof from that wouldnt be taken in consideration. thats why i sent it from mine. anyways still no answer. they should reply, even if the answer is "bla bla never give personal info bla bla". but as a gaming company that cares about its users this shouldnt be an apropriate answer. i already told them my friend provided all necesary proofs. hes not so good with english, so thats why he asked me. he has invested more than 150k Zp in the game, so he should be important to Z8. he bought ZP each month, wanna bet from now on no more purchases? just another proof to add to the stack.
