Jump and slow walking!

I just started playing and when I took the tutorial I couldn't finish it cause it doesn't work to walk slowly with shift. So i thought i don't need to walk slowly so i skipped the tutorial, then I entered a match but I can't jump either.
If anyone knows how to fix this problem please help me!
