You have to wait about a week and a few days now because you live otside of Can/USA. Also, because it's a weekend, staff doesn't work.

at the up right ( next to the forum tab) is the support ticket zone, basically its like sending an email to the admins/mod ( whoever it is) and they will help you with your problems, just don't spam them too much, your not the only person who need help
