Yeah, I can teamview and edit your settings... Or you can do everything yourself.

    Get gamebooster
Go to control panel > system > advanced > performance > adjust for best performance.

When you go to ati control panel just set everything to where it looks blurry... And it says highest performance. This should get you at least 80.

  • Download the latest CCC (Catalyst Control Centre) and relevant drives for your card.

    Then do what KillGod said.

Do this. Set ATi slider to perfomance.(I am guessing you know how, if you dont, PM me with maybe teamviewer info)

Btw, why did you buy a low end 5000 series?!

Probably because the 4000 series is discontinued and he didn't want to spend a lot on a GPU.

Getting a 5770 soon :D (and yes I know it's not high end, but it's fine for me)
  • Oh, and do a performance scan and de-frag with Advanced SystemCare Pro. Also, in Advanced SystemCare, tune your PC to be 'Entertainment' (or high performance, your choice)
If you need details on how to register the free version of SystemCare for free, pm me.

    For advanced system care pro

No internet connection and key is the key to successfully use it fully.

Well partly. When you register, it's vital you D/C your internet just before you put in the serial, as to avoid the online part of the registration :).

Well, if you're aiming to play crossfire, a good card really isn't needed. I've got a GTX470 in this thing and its overkill for any game I play. Even my old 7300LE ran CF at 40fps. As long as you've got the drivers for the card it should be fine, not all that familiar with ATi cards.

more fps is needed for faster sniping and aming

I feel bad for bumping this, but I had to reply...

    "GTX470"

Eww, why? Damn nVidia fanboys! Rubbish card, bad temperatures, no dx11 (Citation needed), uses too much power, etc.
  • Theres a Program called Ati Tray Tools, Google it. It utilizes full capabailities of your videocard from Anisotropic filtering to AntiAliasing. And Overclocking.
I run an ATI 4650 with my phenom 9750 and i get 90+ all the time most of the time its 150+
