Who else gets screen freeze??????????????

My normal status in the game is 107, my fps are 100-200..... but since new patch my screen freezes for about 3 seconds every 40 seconds.

Does any one else having this problem??
What can i do????

yea my fps drop dramatically in escape mode, like to 25 from 50... and i got killed all the time and can't kill anyone. I got 3kdr in snd but like 1 in escape mode.. annoying as hell.

Had this happen a couple times during a WOGL match today. Kinda sucked since I died almost every time it froze.

Who else gets screen freeze??????????????
