M4-silver not showing up!!

I bought an M4-Silver from the Mall using my hard-earned ZP Bonus Points yesterday, but it isn't showing up in-game in my storage. It's also not in the My Items tab in the Mall.
Please award me my M4-Silver.

umm check your items maybe u have to activate it if its not there then hit support and launch a report

just wait a day its just CF clan site page is slow to update things

This is typically always fixes the issue. Wait 24 hours or so, log back in, and check and see if it's there. If not, ask a GM to look into it.

I bought it the day before the patch came out, during the maintenance.

It's been way more than 24 hours and I have also filed a support ticket. I also PM'd [GM]Saidin with my problem. If any one has filed a ticket before, how long did it take for them to get back?

Kid, it's takes about 4-10 days before they get back to you. Don't worry I'm sure they will give you the gun because you payed for it. Why would they want to loose a zp buyer;)
