Do you guys think the m4 custom got nerfed or not

I don't want to put ideas in your guys head and start a rumor.
this.
but unfortunately someone already did and the others followed...
not to be rude, but i'm just tired of people that make a "weapon nerf" thread after every patch we get. -
Did you guys ever think you all just suck at the game? Or maybe perhaps your hack that you've been using just got patched. You have no proof that this gun or any other gun got nerfed. Stop blaming the devs. They are working hard giving out these updates and you're all once again complaining. Be thankful that they even give us updates.

All they do is copy and paste... -
Evidently it was. Don't look at me though, lol. The normal M4 now does more damage from what I know of, when they used to be the same in all stats except for accuracy and recoil.Metal_Dragon wrote: »It wasn't over powered to begin with...
Either way, I don't think it really effects how awesome the gun still is.;) -
need2bump a little bit because some people doesn't stop starting rumor.Did you guys ever think you all just suck at the game? Or maybe perhaps your hack that you've been using just got patched. This.
In future "weapon nerf" thread, please come here with real/solid/tested evidence please instead of just basing in your mind. I just got my helmet from mission today, I've tested in a private and there's a huge difference.Metal_Dragon wrote: »All they do is copy and paste...
I hate when people use the term "copy and paste". It's clearly ignorant.
The version that came out first get the new stuff first of course. The others will eventually it later. They won't code separate things for each version, but it doesn't mean everything will be the same.
If you play more than just CrossFire (I don't talk about MW2/BC2/etc) you would know how it work. -

I know they don't copy EVERYTHING but they should be a little more original. I still love what they're doing like instead of giving us the M16-Adv, they gave us M16-Scope. -
No one knows when guns are going to get nerfed so it's not like anyone is going to have hard evidence. If you truly believe in your mind that this gun wasn't nerfed, nothing anyone says will change it because you'll just keep rationalizing it to fit your mindset. Not saying that it was nerfed because I don't own an M4-C, just saying.
Off-topic but have the AK camo and AK regular always had different spray patterns? -
Yea, the power has been reduced a bit to balance the gun out.;)
How so?
I just tested it with my friend. Standing at the furthest opposite walls on Powerplant, it was a one hit headshot, five to the legs and four shots to the torso. I tested this at various distances (from those opposite walls to in his face) and found it to hold true throughout. Seems fine to me. -
When I've been using it with my clan mates (we all have M4Cs) we have all noticed that on average it does around 2-3 less damage wherever one hits. The original M4 on the other hand still does around 33-36 damage in the torso.SadJellopy wrote: »How so?

It's a not a big nerf or anything to get all riled up about, but it's enough that in a few situations it can be somewhat noticeable. It used to be that it did *almost* the same damage as the original M4. -

Yeah it's noticeable. Sometimes it can get annoying when you have people surviving against you when you did 98 dmg to them. The M4-C used to have the power in the low 30s and now it's on the high 20s.
