WDF is up with being disconnected 24/7?

I just downloaded the patch and let me tell you...... it is very troublesome. I can't even play a game without being "disconnected from server"! Wdf is up with it? I still haven't been able to play freely without some freakin game error appearing. And one more thing my fps lag is horrible when i get on... it's .2 fps!!! Can someone please give me a solution or help me?

    I keep d/cing but I don't have .2 fps.
