Well, you are liable to sue, if they aren't refunding money they promised they would refund on a forum.
The problem was that i bought the item more than 48 hours ago, but i feel i've paid more than enough money for this game that they should do me a favor. He said that they weren't alowd, then the second i called he said " I already told you that you only have 48 hours to do this." so i said, " You said you don't allow it, you never said you couldn't do it." then he didn't know what to say and RQd -

Tip for dealing with Customer Service people. They have a policy they stick to, if you are nice and friendly to them then they may be willing to bend the rules if its allowed. If your a jerk they wont do you any favours.

I remember when I called support.
It's trash. If a Mod or GM quotes me, sucks for you.
It's utter TRASH.
It's always full+bad customer service.
I got charged 9$ for calling them, and the funny thing is, they never spoke a WORD to me or even picked up the line. -

Yeah probably not now i ****ed myself over, i will just continue to make tickets. I have spent more than enough money on this game which to tell you the truth really wasn't worth all the money, that they can do this for me
