Problem With The soccer cup purchase

1. What the hell is up with the soccer purchase in the mall i wasted 1.5k of zp.

2. Instead of getting a U.S.A flag card which i brought in the 1st place i got a dam Uruguay flag card.

3. Well will any of the GM'S be able to fix this problem?
