Raising my FPS?

besides buying anything how can i make my FPS become better?
because right now it regulates between 40-10

please help because i know some of you people have like 200 fps

try gamebooster and adjust your visual effects for best performance

besides, you can try playing in 800x600 resolution

Its always been on 800x600
and i use gamebooster but i doesn't help me,,,how do i ajust my visual effects?

Control Panel\System and Maintenance\System\Advanced\Performance\Settings

I did all those things and still have 30 fps......sometimes it's less than 10

Then there really isn't anything you can do without upgrading your hardware.
