(My view)Personally, i dont trust the advertisers in the first place. Secondly, I would never ever do any offers that I have to provide any confidential information or buy anything. if I have to buy then whats the points of saying "EARNING FREE ZP"?
Thirdly, even if I did provide card infos or phone numbers, I would keep the evidence that I have really completed the offer and report the ZP providers, like Super Rewards or SOmetric or Gratis or whoever.

Only thing I suggest you is wait and get the ZP if you are very very lucky. If you have any evidences (like email confirmation, screenshot, phone pin confirmation), you better report it the ZP providers, otherwise....
