Cannot download patch

after I installed the recent version I downloaded, and I goto play it says cannot download patch AFTER it trys to self patch.

same here

downloaded the whole 1045xfire setup, installed, but it wanna self patch itself
v4 self patch passes (1 file)
v5 patch pop error: cannot download patch file

wdf?
i thought 1045xfire should INCLUDE the patch

Anybody stuck im in the patcher stuck at 897.98kb/2.14mb -.- im 7/10.... so close.
