Down loaded new Patch, now can't log into game

okay, I down loaded the new patch. And now I can not log in to the game, all I get is;
Failed to connect to server

Now what? Are we going to need new patch to fix this one?

The serveres are always unstable after a patch... And no, we won't need a new patch to fix it, since that's a server-sided issue.
