Since I ain't got anything better to do, I'd like to request attention from people for two things:

1. Spop is a Rambo. I allready was thrilled by the way such a small and cute girl can carry out RPK's full clip recoil... I can't really imagine SPOPs sprayin' a gatlin in TD.

2. Smile Gate are hypocrite. They said no high damage guns. What is a gatlin' in your opinion? That thing can take down people, cars, tanks, helicopters and even planes. The rapidfire and the quantity of ammo only adds nuke power. And after that they dare saying "No high damage guns" ? ... Ya know what, after this, I want three things. A Barrett. A plasmagun and a BFG9000. GG SmileGays.

Spop are still considered mercenaries, so I guess they're trained to handle that kind of stuff. It's no different with gatling/minigun :P

Well, if the released gatling is anything like the one you find in mutation mode, then I would say it is pretty balanced - kind of like "high damage with a huge cost" along with the AWM, so to speak. I mean if it really is like the mutation mode one, the gatling makes you move incredibly slow when shooting, so you're nothing but a statue and anyone can easily kill you. Not to mention you move pretty slow already when you're not shooting and that huge recoil... Granted, it will rip people to shreds quickly, but it will also make you an easy target as well.

Personally I can't wait to get my hands on the gatling, not because it sounds like an overpowered noob cannon, but because it's fun to use. (I even considered going on Combat Arms to use their minigun, but realized it was not worth it) :-P

It is a very high damage gun, the thing is it makes it very VERY hard to walk.
And like Saidin said, you can honestly run circles around it.

I still must say that it's a high damage gun, so I'm expecting this Barrett >.< ... I might actually think about being serious about that BFG9K too

Guns with high RoF (or big clip + decent RoF) and high power are annoying.

But srsly, I'd probably only use the thing on ghost mode, MM, and the new escape mode... Anywhere else I'd feel sad losing it when I die. ; o;

I can probably imagine gun steals all around already... and then after they pick up the gun, they die while try to "warm it up" before it shoots, then they rage and then RQ.

OT: Just think'd of something, what's the damage of one Gatlin' bullet? From how it dissects the mutants, I'd say a couple of clips shall be enough for a 100 kill T.D.

Not sure, I would say maybe 3-4 bullets of body shoots would equal 100 damage or so.

RPK's bullets react to the magnet in people's heads. One shotting with the gatlin' ... I'm not even sure if it's possible due to warm up and crazy ROF.

Based on what I've seen on other games, bursting or one-shotting is impossible with minigun.
I doubt you can even rush with it if you can hardly walk/run with it while shooting... You'll be dead pretty quick like that. XD

According to the gatling gold video from Crossfire JP, the RoF seems pretty nerfed compared to the real version though, or versions from other games. In reality, it should be 3000~4000 RPM. However, it the video it looked like it could hardly reach 1000 RPM...

YEAH THAT WAS THE SUCKY PART OF THIS NEW PATCH....

EVERY SINGLE GUN IS DIRECTLY WITH MONEY. at least they should have put one gun to NORMAL item mall.....

they are being ironically dumbs.... saying no high damaged guns....

BUT AS SOME OF YOU ALREADY SAID, IF THE GATLING IS THE SAME AS THE MUTATION MODE VERSION, THEN IT WILL SUCK FOR THE MONEY YOULL INVEST IT, BECAUSE REMEMBER AFTER YOU PRESS CLICK FIRE BUTTON IT STARTS ROLLING AND THEN AFTER ONE SEC OR TWO IT STARTS FIRING..... SO ITS A CRAP GUN, CAUSE THE SLOW SHOOTING ACTION... CAUSE YOU KNOW IT TAKES TIME TO ACTUALLLY START SHOOTING WITH THAT...
