10Second freeze in beginning of round/ unable to play certain maps

for some reasons in SnD, GM, EM i tend to freeze in the beginning of rounds starting from 2:27-2:26 until 2:16-2:10. atm it seems to be happening when im bl.
its quite annoying since often i get killed during tht time, my team ends up dead with in tht time span or i get kiked.

also since the last patch every time try to play a GM match in Lost Relics my game crashes/

    try reload cf, or get better connetion.

    i have a good connection this was a never a problem until recent patch.
    i have reload cf

    ping wise i get like 20 or less

    and fps i get like a constant 70
