New to Crossfire

Hello, I am new to Crossfire. One of my friends told me to go check this game out. So I did. IMO this the closest free game to CS:S or CS 1.6. But 1 thing I do not get in this game. And its the reg. Can someone please explain how reg in this game works?

No. I mean. I shot a guy directly in his dome. I saw the blood. And 0 dmg?

Its Like a Lag. Check His Ping.

Press And Hold "TAB" And See His Ping If Its over 120 He Is lagging.

It's normal in CF. Use search function and ya'll find 1000+ threads on how bad the coding is.
