So just came back to game when...

well i used to have a character here, then the client wouldnt work and website was down months back, i checked it today and found it working so did a full uninstall-reinstall and patch and it lets me log in, but my old character is completely gone for whatever reason. i think no sweat il just remake, its a fun game etc etc. so i go to type my character name and it says its available (realy did delete my old one then) but when i hit ok it says cannot make character. and it still wont let me. anyone know a fix?
