Medium-Long range gun

Hello again and sorry for the english.
I have a new dilema. I decided to buy a new gun, because I can't get M4-C or Kriss. I want a versatile gun, but specially good at medium and long range, that's because I don't consider AK47.
I'm considering regular M4A1, G36K (this seems to be a great one) and Steyr. I don't know QBZ and I don't want scar light.

What do you think? Wich one would be the best for me? Other gun?

Thanks again!!!

u can use scar ligth and M4A1...
M4A1 is s good alrounder if u do very often headshots...
scar is better for ... bodyshooter
  • Thanks for the reply. As I said before, I'm not considering Scar Light.

I need also that the gun to get would be a "headshot machine", that the recoil make the bullets go upper, like the M4A1. (I can't edit the first post)

    Thanks
  • QBZ is beast at mid and long, but is bad at close.

This is why I like this gun, and is my personal favourite of all guns in CrossFire.

    Agreed!!!!!!
  • Mmmm. I think if I have to choose between M4 and QBZ I will buy M4 because as you have told me, QBZ isn't good at close range, and I want a gun to be more versatile. Is it impossible to dominate the QBZ at close range?? (If it's only hard, I can buy it)

But... What do you think about the Steyr and the G36K??? Aren't them good options for medium-long range??

    Thanks!!!!
  • Aug is amazing for Long range because of the recoil and semi fast ROF.
G36K has massive power recoil and a really high ROF but those lead to it not being good for long range.

    M4 I personally don't like for reasons even I can't explain because I don't know them.
I like the QBZ at medium range because of its good recoil(easy HS) and decent power.

    My 2cents.
  • get ak 47, and since new gun m12s came out, get m12s

QBZ is actually decent at close range. It has pretty above average power which helps close rang.

DON'T EVER EVER TELL ANYONE TO GET M12.

Don't get m12.Everyone considers it a noob cannon and no one will respect you for it.

BTW,m4 is a great starter gun.G36k is bad long range.

Well, I would say that if a player who's pro with M4 and a player who's pro with QBZ would fight up close, the guy with M4 would win, but probably because QBZ has a lower rate of fire. Don't get me wrong, I have made 4 kills with it from close, and it works fine, just that I would do better from close with another gun.

Now, the G36K is like an SMG. Not good from far. It has a sick rate of fire and should only be considered using from low-med range. Steyr in a another hand, is a very versatile gun. It has a fast rate of fire, making it good from close, it is accurate, making it good from medium and scope helping it with long range. BUT, like all guns, this has its bad side. Steyr has high recoil. It goes very fast up because the fire rate is so fast. I never learnt to use this gun.

Overall, you should choose either M4, QBZ or Steyr AUG. All depending which you're best at.

He did say he wanted a more versatile weapon so I suppose he can go join the crowd of millions and choose M4.If you wanna be different than most players choose QBZ.
  • ak47/xm8

Steyr AUG is a very versatile gun too.

Well I'm going to sleep now so can't give any more opnions today.
  • the AUG is beast at medium long range...hell in good hands it beats M4
  • K2 can hit very hard at range, as long as you burst.
  • Qbz/k-2/xm8/m4

Out of the 4 I'd personally take XM8.
  • Hmm i'd like to mention Tar too , it has great accuracy / fast reload high ROF but its a bit weak u need more bullets to kill an enemy

first 4-5 bullets got no recoil makes it awesome gun at long range.

Phuck what people think the m12 tears ppls heads off and is a lot of fun to use.

Tar is the one to get though it's good at almost any range.
