Saying you will buy items won't help.
If you really were banned, maybe you really did cheat in-game or went against TnC. Maybe you did cheat at game now came up with some bullsh1t excuses on FORUM - no1 will believe you anyway; who knows, but Z8 dont issue bann just for nothing. Also, I say this again, if ever buying ZP would help to not get a bann, those nuub top cheaters would definitely buy some ZPs.
But maybe not really a bann? some other problems?
I definitely had some problems logging in sometimes before, but never experienced anything like that, which says about "test server" - But idk
So my question is "Are you using that same account to post here on FORUMS?

Having read and using references to all the information that you and community has presented here above,
I can confirm that you have been bann (most likely for cheating). That means sending any TICKETs to SUPPORT TEAM won't help at all.

It can help if you get z8 to search your computer then they will try to work with you.
