Something about german surveys I guess.. else why would you buy ZP to go after crate guns you already have?
I have 7 pages of guns, IGN: Dagnasty. But I'd rather stack my GP and BP up than waste it on guns I already have. I only buy ZP when a new patch comes out anyway.
If he's actually spending all his money on stacking on perm guns, the issue must be a psychological one. -

lol u can't get that many zp's on survey's. that guy prolly spend couple of thousands on zp. plus if u can spend that much money then u really don't need to do any survey -

Surveys could explain why he is seemingly clueless about what to do with his ZP surplus. If he actually keeps on buying it, he's really brain dead. -

You can't get that much ZP with surveys... 22 M4 silvers means atleast 195.8k Bp which is almost 2 mil ZP. Don't forget the 6 AK silvers!
