I cant play?

My computers specs/graphic cards are fine. I used to play Crossfire, quit, then came back. Now I cant play for some reason. I re-downloaded too and it still wont work. Is it because of the mirror? If it is, then can you tell me what mirror I should use.

Error I just cant play, it takes me to the thing that says "play now" with the crosshair, i click it some stuff loads but I cant play. IT doesnt take me to the actual game.

I have the same problem tho, I'm not a computer Whiz so can anyone atleast give me some basic steps, or point me to a guide or older post with same issue.

It goes into the first game loading screen, but then it automatically goes into not responding mode

I said I tried re-installing it but it didn't work and how am I supposed to take a screenshot of it? I said it won't take me in game but it takes me to the screen with the news and such.
