Is it just me? or is a sizable part of our crossfire community gone bad.. it seems 50% of the games i join now adays has some one speed hacking, or walking through walls. or has a fully automatic sniper rifle. OR chamming in ghost mode. Why do people hack? is a lack of complete skill? or a desperate attempt to forget they live in there grandmas basement and will never see or touch a real woman? you be the judge

95% of the community has gone bad. It's a massive number. I estimate 95% because I barely see anyone who does not assume, call out on cheats, or cheat themselves. Yeah, it happens. The ones who call people out are mostly wrong, but there is a select group who is ALWAYS right. I have managed to fall into that group by neutrality until enough information is gathered to make a solid decision.
I see you're one of the 5 good percent of CF community. -

Yup every game I enter there is a hacker....maybe over 50% now. A few days ago I was kicked because I tried to kick the hacker...go figure lol.

I think that they will patch this sh!t in next patch... That hack is also damageful for users, coz it has a keylogger... I don't know why ignorant people still download it.

Asking why people hack in this game is like asking why people cheat in exams.
Pretty obvious, they want to kill you.
And you compare an exam in real life to a cheat in a free game that doesn't bring to anything? Fortunately i am the 12 year old that has less that 100 IQ -
Well, yesterday we were able to work together and kicked "some hakrs" out. And we had several good runs with many good players. Both side were equally strong and skillful, couldn't ask for more than that. But not today, some how there are more and more hakrs. So I stop playing today. But I won't say it's more than 50% of player. But maybe about 50% of the games today have hakrs.

The problem I see is two-fold:
1) The community is flat out horrible. As it has been said in previous posts, over half of the community assumes you're a hacker if you play too well in a game. Now a days, I have myself also been kicked for trying to kick a hacker. It's flat out ridiculous. Hackers have become so common, it is now a joke to everyone and they think it's funny to see so they don't kick them. Guess what folks, it's not funny. It totally takes away from this game. This game needs enough help as it is without hackers.
2) X-Trap needs to get on the ball. To my knowledge, the public hacks that have been out have been known for quite a while now. I've seen X-Trap patch much faster than this. With the recent outbreak of public hacks on more than one occasion, I'm worried that the "hacker community" has figured out a way to get by X-Trap more easily than before. It seems that more than just one or two coders out there have figured it out. Which means there will only be more in the future if X-Trap doesn't fix what they're doing. -

My points exactly. Lol. You can't be good in this game. You just hack if you're too good :mad:
I still see people calling legit, client-proven Life Line players hackers just because they were getting high scores. It's sad really. -

Yes, and hopefully this patch will do something with the BRs. Go back and look at the last patch, there was a thread saying BRs were banned and the forum community had such a positive tone. If you ever see a hacker, 99.99% of the time, they are low ranked with a ping of 160+. I don't even bother with a ghost mode game unless I see a good clan or mostly high ranks. I've honestly come close to quiting, just not fun with 10 glitchers/hackers per game. The pings are also outrageous. -

LMAO high rankers whine too, if not more especially when you kill them. Hell, go to Delta. This community is horrible.
lol i cheat on test XD otherwise i would have worser grades and grounded from the computer
