Urgent request for Z8: Check your weaponguide! EPIC FAILS INCLUDED
Recently i was browsing trough the different weapons in the weaponguide
And what i read there was simply embarrassing. Error after error occured. Wrong ammo numbers, snipers that were more automatic than the MP7 and much more. After reading al the Weaponstats, the question arose: "Are they stupid? "
I will list all errors i found here, hoping you will fix them soon. Making mistakes like this just makes you look very unprofessional, more like kids that don't know better.
Assault rifles:
-My M4custom has 35 bullets, am I truly the only one? because in the guide it says 30
-AK74: A modified version of the AK-47. Significantly more manoeuvrable and accurate than its predecessor, but less powerful.
Ok, apart from the typo. But why is accuracy on the normal AK-47 higher than that of the 74. Is it me, or is that description just bollocks?
-Steyr aug A1 camo: cost. Where can i buy this permanent for 45000GP? I really want it.:p
-SG552-Camo: where are those 5 extra bullets?
Sub machine guns:
-MP5: No more auto, from now on, the MP5 shoots as fast as the winchester!
-MP7: Automatic? forget it!
-Kris super V: Is it me or is this gun worse than the Micro-galil on everything. 80 coupons VS 38000GP FTW!
Snipers
-General concern: Aren't Snipers known for their abbility to scope in? Where is my ZOOM? XD
-Wow: Me has Automatic AWM Camo!
Shotguns
-XM1014-A misses 4 bullets!
Ok, as far as i can see thats it. To put this short: I am really disappointed in crossfire.
Their ability to screw up the SIMPLEST things has reached a new height.
For god's sake: Where is the logic?

To the mods: I would like to apologise if anything in this post is considered offensive. The Irony in this post was added to the gain attention of the average CF-user. We all know that serious posts are not discussed, and only the highly discussed topics are read by the MOD's.

some minor typo's
that the manufacturer of the m4 Colt Defense. is and with the m4-adv & m4-custom & m4-gold (btw, you have got 2 of those? -.-) its Colt Defense (without .) and wtf, why has the gold a better accuracy then the normal, i mean, gold is heavy, so harder to aim, also, gold bends more easy iirc
also, why the hell is golden m4 and semi and fully automatic while normal is only fully?

u get more power when u get scope? coool ima put a scope on my fist and hit z8games, alsoooo, the m4-c doesnt get extra power, wtf?!?
woooot a knife does xtra power and accuracy to, ima put it ontop of my scoped-fist
lets make it silver/gold 2 for xtra power and accuracy
G36K, wow DUAL SCOPE? i can only scope once, darn, ima throw my pc out the window and buy a new one so i can double scope
wow a 30 clip mag while described as a 35, is that like a new trend, putting wrong info?

mp5 cant shoot? O.o it has no automatic, even when u pull the trigger, so get that mag out and throw the bullets!
or just put a silencer on it and say its an advanced mp5, sounds cool, doesnt it? and u put silencer on, and get weight of, awesome influence of gravity and but the power is down? wdf, silencer doesnt cut half ur power >.>

wow the m60 has a place alone, epic
and its fairly light and compact too! (wtf? not rlly tho?)
its also inaccurate at range, wtf? ever see blindrob play with it? first shot always hit, no such thing as inaccurate for an advanced player
i thought it cost 60000? or was that the rpk that also needs to be in the MG section?

again, more firepower and mobility for just the same stats also its buyable in gp crates? and ingame shop, while there are links to the mall too, awesome man, that would be like the in-game mall!:D

Thanks for pointing these out.
Would you like us to fix these and not bother with working on the hacking issue?
Since the weapons page went up there have been a great many additions and changes to simple things like weapon descriptions etc in game. But updating this section of the website is a pretty low priority at this rushed moment in time with obvious things happening in game and dealing with the issues at hand. IE hacking etc.
We will be doing a massive overhaul of the weapons to get them more consistent with the game.
