All my settings were changed and i know i didn't do it... but who did?

If settings were changed then it was somebody accessing it directly from your computer. If I log into my account from a remote location and change settings, the settings on my main computer will not change.

The keyboard language

Did you check your keyboard language? Im portuguese and sometimes it gos to Uk keyboard and messes up all my controls.
