Chances I can do to get a thompson

Yes, all about luck. Also, go for an XM8 and AUG and try to aim. Thomson is for noobs.

People have spent over a million GP and never got the crate gun they wanted. I have decent luck with them usually, except I got the tommy once in probably 30-40K GP, but what I actually wanted was the Winchester that I didn't get. I hate the Tommy gun with a passion, if I could give you mine I would. At least you didn't spend hundreds of dollars trying to get a ZP crate gun like some people did though, just $15 or so worth of GP. Remember: the crates are a lottery, not a store. Only spend what you're willing to lose.
