Tactical suggestion : Red Cross

Here is a simple yet very useful addition to Crossfire that would really enhance the tactical side of this game : add little fading red cross on the radar when an enemy get killed.

Pinpointing enemy location by knowing where one of your mate died - thanks to the little point showing his location on the radar turning into a fading white cross, is already possible and if you know the map and think a little, it's not that hard (especially when you know what weapon was used to finish him).

Imagine the same but with dead enemies. While not as useful, it could help. And I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be hard to implement.

  • There's a bunch of things that could make this game better, such as yours.. But it's a really good suggestion so Z8 should think about it.

Umm...I don't really see the need for this...

    This already exist?????????????????????????????????????............. you fail.

No it don't. He's asking a red X everytime an enemy gets killed not a teammate.

But, what's the point? They're dead. No need to know where.
  • It helps because people usually travel in 2s?I like the idea they have it in some competetor games its a real nice addition.
  • But if he's dead, why do you wanna know where he died?

Because the more information you gather, the better. But if you want examples :

Imagine one your mate went into Downtown tunnel and got killed. In team chat he told everyone there are 3 people in it. By the time you arrive, can you say how much of those "tunnelers" are dead/how much are still alive ?

Imagine you're shooting from long range, you saw one of the enemy escaping out of your sight. Let's say you want to pursue him. How many seconds do you lose if, when you arrive, he's already dead.

It's a simple yet useful thing. Adding it hurt no one. If you know how useful the white fading crosses are, then you can imagine those red crosses being useful too.

That's why we have the Hekerfdp killed aimbotf11 with the m4 thingy on the top right corner.
  • hmm i see your point but only if it uses on the sd,because on tdm,gm and any other modes we dont need it. respawns are good but on Sd it will be helpfull.

How would it be helpful... If an enemy gets killed look at the radar and see where the teammate that killed him is. Done.

It could destroy games because if your in a squad and they kill 1 person you go to that red X knowning some ones there... XD more than 2 people stick with each other at most times
