How do you win weapons?

I'll be playing in a match and where the chat box it says in green that someone has won a weapon. How does this happen?

Probably a marketing thing. See people win guns, your probably like ''Oh I can probably win a few too'', and you end up buying zp to win guns, yet for most people, fail miserably.

Its like a mega-phone to tell every1 that X player has won Y weapon from the blackmarket....it does not have any specific meaning

I try to do the surveys to win ZP but haven't been credited anything yet :l I won't ever buy them though.

What else are ZP used for?

either you have done the survey wrong or did not qualify.
ZP is very helpful in my opinion
