[Not errors,Issues]Having Issues to Join a game/Leaving a Game.

Im having a problem with the game,The game loads fine when I Click it,But when Im trying to Join a Game/Leave a Game the game loads a little bit,Then the computer is showing me the Desktop,Just like when you Press the 'Start' button at the Keyboard and you are in the Desktop,And some parts of it are black(Look like signs of Resizing,Seems to be that the game is having resizing issues),Then after a minute the game is loaded,But it seems to be that the round is already over or I Got kicked,Ive managed to Enter a game or two without getting the round over or get kicked by the host,And the Game works Smoothly,So I Dont get what is the problem,Tried to explain in the best way.
